How To Order?
1.
Sketch
Tell us about what you need – materials, colors, size of individual stones and the entire project. If you have drafts, graphics, vector designs or anything that will help us create your dream decoration – please include them with your order.

*It is best if the initial design is already prepared in the size of the target decoration.
2.
Valuation
We are able to make a preliminary estimate based on the submitted design. The more information you provide us, the more precise it will be.
We will select our contractors so that you receive the best possible price and quick completion date.
The key factors for the valuation are:
– material from which the decoration will be made
– number of techniques used
– the number of elements making up 1 piece and its complexity
– size of the entire decoration and the stones used
– colors
– production volume (order size, how many pieces?)
– time limit for completion
If we know your budget, it will be easier for us to suggest various options for making the decoration.

3.
Production
Once the order details and initial quote have been approved, production begins converting your sketch into a real design and ultimately into a finished, actual product.
There are several techniques for making thermal decorations, which we describe below. By expanding the individual tabs, you will learn basic information that will help you make a final decision.
Preparing a mold or matrix with holes in which hot-fix materials will be placed is the cheapest and therefore the fastest method, but it involves mass production and to be profitable – the production volume must be really large.
We arrange smaller or more complex orders using machines for arranging rhinestone motifs. Machines of this type are suitable for many sizes of stones or rich colors of your pattern.
If the order concerns Heat Transfer Vinyl, also called Flex Film – then we use the highest quality plotters that cut the layer of colored foil, leaving the transparent transfer intact. Thanks to this, you can easily separate the project from the waste. The transfer foil prevents small elements from moving and positions the pattern during application.
Your project has been completed and the decoration is ready for application.
4.
Delivery
Your decorations are ready – now you need to ensure that they reach your hands safely. Our employees will ensure the safety of your projects so that they arrive intact and ready for use.
We implement many measures that minimize the risk of damage to motifs during transport: we use cardboard dividers, full filling to prevent the content from moving, protective corners to stiffen the whole, and strong cardboard boxes tailored to the standard dimensions of forwarding companies.
